Bring your sewing machine and fabric to beautiful Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, for three days of sewing, instruction, and learning. Guided by Studio 180 Design Certified Instructors, you will create the Water Lily quilt featuring Blooming Lemoyne Stars.
You will be impressed with the crisp points that you achieve using the Rapid Fire® Lemoyne Star tool to create this 71” x 71” Water Lily quilt.
To complete this project, you will need the Studio 180 Design Water Lily pattern, as well as the Studio 180 Design Rapid Fire® Lemoyne Star and the Tucker Trimmer® III. The Corner Pop® tool is recommended but not required. These items will be available at the event or you can purchase them from your local quilt shop or the Studio 180 Design website.

The third in the Tucker Trimmer series of rulers, this version of our Tucker Trimmer is used for any block or unit that is larger than a 6” finished block size. Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star

Finally, a tool and technique that will allow any quilter to quickly, easily and accurately piece traditional Lemoyne Star blocks in 10 different sizes! The block units are strip pieced, assembled without using any “Y” seams, pieced so that the blocks themselves are slightly oversized so at the end each can be trimmed to an exact size. You can check out the process in our free online video demonstration. Deb’s step by step directions and Constellation bonus quilt project will have you turning Lemoyne Star blocks out by the dozens.
