The Nine Patch Square Up™ tool is the ultimate solution to creating perfect nine patches in 8 different sizes! Like all Studio 180 Design tools and processes, our instructions build blocks slightly oversized and then quickly and easily trim them to a perfect size.
The Nine Patch Square Up™ tool creates blocks in previously unattainable whole inch finished sizes from 2” through 9”. Perfectly engineered lines make aligning the tool with the stitched seams a snap, allowing for easy, accurate trimming no matter your skill level. You will be amazed at the results!
This two part tool set comes with the basic instructions for making nine patch units that finish from 2” up to 9” in whole inch increments.

Blooming Lemoyne Technique Sheet

You loved the technique from our Water Lily pattern, so we figured out how to do it in 8 sizes just for you! A slivering construction step takes a regular Lemoyne and allows you to make amazing spiked stars. You can substitute this great looking block for a Lemoyne in other patterns or even create new designs of your own. Compound Wedge Technique Sheet

Nestle a Wedge Star inside of a Wedge Star and you'll end up with a "Compound Wedge Star." These stunning blocks are a bit of a challenge, but ohhh so worth it! The Pint Size Wedge Star tool is a small version of our Wedge Star tool. It includes 11 sizes: the 3" to 12" block sizes from the Wedge Star tool plus one additional smaller size, so now you can also create 2" wedge stars! Designed to make a variety of different blocks based on 45° sub-units, ranging from simple kaleidoscope blocks to complex stars with diamond points going north, south, east, and west.
