Pint Size Wedge Star

The Pint Size Wedge Star tool is a small version of our Wedge Star tool. It includes 11 sizes: the 3" to 12" block sizes from the Wedge Star tool plus one additional smaller size, so now you can also create 2" wedge stars! Designed to make a variety of different blocks based on 45° sub-units, ranging from simple kaleidoscope blocks to complex stars with diamond points going north, south, east, and west. With 11 different size options and the ability to swap sub-units in and out of blocks, you’ll be able to create virtually unlimited designs. This is a tool guaranteed to keep your creativity flowing, project after project!
As an added benefit, we’ve also included a free bonus project, Connections, in the Pint Size Wedge Star’s instruction set. We recommend that as you pick your fabrics, you pair each dark fabric with a medium fabric in the same color. For example, a dark green and a medium green, a dark blue and a medium blue, etc. This will allow you to create a dynamic, attractive quilt just as we did with the cover project! Jubilation

Jubilation is an 8 month Block of the Month, printed in full color, with 52 pages of instruction. It's a great skill builder, where you will start working with one tool, and then add three more as the quilt progresses. Flock of Birds Technique Sheet

This creative variation of the Shaded Four Patch is easily constructed using basic squares and rectangles. In the Shaded Four Patch unit you have a plain square in the corner, but Flock of Birds replaces it with a pieced square, creating a fun new take on the classic unit! Chrysanthemum
