October 13, 2023

Welcome to the Chromatic Blog Hop! We’re excited to announce our latest collection with Island Batik. Beautiful rainbow hues combine with geometric prints to make this line unlike anything we’ve done before. You’re sure to love the bright colors and how they elevate the projects we’re sharing with you next week.

Starting on October 16th, five Certified Instructors will be sharing their projects on their blogs. They each chose a BlockBuster and put it together with Chromatic. You’ll want to stop by each day to see how they interpreted their blocks in these rainbow fabrics!

Monday October 16th – Amy Costabile of Amy’s Quilt Room

Tuesday October 17th – Diana Mann of Murgaboo Quilts

Wednesday October 18th – Tina Dillard of Quilting Affection Designs

Thursday October 19th – Nicole Meriam of Heart of a Quilter

Friday October 20th – Phyllis Fay of Tucker University

Saturday October 21st – Wrap up on the Studio 180 blog along with two brand new projects!

In the meantime, let’s share some of our favorite patterns reimagined in this line. Each one shines in these bright, bold chromatic colors.

Prickly Pear uses the Wing Clipper®, Square Squared® and Tucker Trimmer® III. Redone in Chromatic, the beautiful points stand out against the white background. The geometric dark border is stunning!

North Star uses the Corner Beam® tool. The Chromatic fabrics are placed to create a pleasing gradient effect. This one also features a striking dark geometric border.

Triangles Galore uses just the Tucker Trimmer® III to make these fun pinwheels. Done here in the brighter shades of Chromatic, this small crib size quilt would make a great addition to any room.

We have so much more in store for you this upcoming week! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see new projects and a few surprises along the way.
